We came up with the perfect fit guarantee. If your suit does not fit as you would like, we offer three resolutions.
We will alter your garment at one of our 120+ alterations partners. Our partners are professionals that will look after minor alterations within a reasonable timeframe. Should we deem that the alterations required are minor (typically, shortening hems), we will opt to have the suit altered to resolve the issue. To start the process, contact your assigned consultant or email [email protected] with a clear description and photos of the problem and we will make contact within 48 hours.
If alterations aren’t an option, Suitably will remake your suit at no charge to you. Email [email protected] with a clear description and photos of the issue or get in touch with your assigned consultant and we will start the process. We will utilise our priority service to have your replacement completed as soon as possible.
Still no luck after an alteration or a remake? Return your unworn Suitably garment to Suitably HQ and we will provide you with a full refund. To do this, contact [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your suit or your remade suit with a description and clear photos of the issues and our team will be with you within 48 hours.
Items purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, must be returned together in order to qualify for a full refund.
Suitably reserves the right to deny reimbursement for items that have been:
- Damaged or stained
- Have been used
- Have had item tags removed
- Are being returned because of a change of mind
