Good things come to those who wait. Because every Suitably suit is hand made to order, there is a wait time. As a general rule of thumb, after payment and measurement, your suit will arrive within 3-4 weeks with shipping causing a 5-week wait for some regional areas. If you are unsure, we encourage you to get in touch with us and we can give you a better idea of final delivery times based on estimated shipping times, demand and other environmental circumstances outside of our control.

In some special cases, we can provide a priority service that can get to you in as little as a week and a half. However, please consult us beforehand to ensure that we can deliver on this as there are several factors that can cause an impact.

Final delivery times are not guaranteed due to the custom nature of our products. If you are trying to make a particular timeframe, please let us know and we will work with you to try and meet any reasonable request. Please also consider that shipping times vary from place to place and that your garments come folded to ensure that we can use the fastest shipping options available. This would mean that you would need to have your garments pressed professional or steamed before reasonable use.

How long do my accesories take to ship?

We typically ship accessories out within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order has come with a custom made garment, we will typically ship everything together however you can contact us if you require the accessories to get to you earlier and we will be happy to oblige.

What are your shipping costs?

Suitably are pleased to offer free international shipping regardless of how big or small your order is. Your order will typically be fulfilled using sendle, with a tracking number forward to the email address on file once the items are on their way to you.

What are the suits made of?

We take pride in our suits and are adamant that you won’t get a fitted suit of a higher quality for the same money anywhere else. As a general rule of thumb, we offer a wool content of at least 80% with some of our wares carrying up to 100%. Our suits are often blended with luxury materials such as cashmere and artificial silk depending on the design. Should you require something more luxurious, we can also custom-make suits with fabrics from hyper-premium mills like Holland and Sherry, Vitalis Barberis Canonic and Scabal.

We also provide alternative fabrics such as cotton (chino), linen, luxury blends etc. to ensure that we have everything you need to get the look that you’re trying to achieve.

Be wary of competitors that focus purely on wool but provide lesser GSM fabrics that are often prone to wear and tear. We don’t hide behind monikers and fancy marketing. Our standard range consists of quality, hard-wearing fabrics that will serve you well for years to come.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. Suitably guarantees that your suit will arrive and be tailored according to your supplied measurements. In the event that there is a major discrepancy between your supplied measurements and the delivered product, Suitably will either replace the suit or provide up to $100 toward tailoring in your local area. Can you look after large groups and wedding parties?

Not only do we look after large groups and weddings, we will put in the special effort to ensure you have a personalised experience from start to finish. For groups of four and more, we will provide you with an agent who will take responsibility for your account. We will provide you with advice should you need it and ensure that your order is delivered in spectacular style. We’re proud of our ability to deliver in these situations and we will go out of our way to ensure that your look as sharp as you can.
